We are looking for an attentive and personable individual to plan and oversee the smooth running of weddings and events at this stunning wedding venue. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established award-winning wedding venue.
Personal Wedding Manager - About Us:
We are looking to recruit a passionate individual to join us at our exclusive Wedding venue, Bourton Hall, based in Warwickshire. Our Italianate style mansion is an exclusive venue set in 15 acres of gardens, woodland and parkland. At Bourton Hall we ensure that every couple has a very individual and exclusive day delivered to a high standard.
Personal Wedding Manager – Role responsibilities
· Be responsible for making initial contact with couples at least 6 months in advance of their wedding and for scheduling their planning meeting appointment for 3-4 months prior to the wedding, diarising with the office, sending confirmation to the couple via email and appropriate documentation to them in advance of this meeting.
· Maintain regular contact with couples and to upsell at every opportunity in line with company set targets.
· Manage own time efficiently between working from home and attending the venue for weddings, planning meetings and administration.
· Commence work at 9am on weddings days and to ensure the smooth running of each wedding maintaining high standards and acting as an ambassador for Country House Weddings Ltd at all times.
· Stay overnight at the venue on wedding days and to stay until the couple leave at 10am the following morning.
· Be responsible for liaising with the Head Chef and Bar and Beverage Managers to convey specific requirements of the wedding party and to ensure all food allergens are discussed with the Head Chef prior to the wedding day.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, experience in customer service and strong administration skills.
In return you will receive a competitive salary starting at £30,000 per annum based on 60 weddings
