We are seeking a dedicated and personable Behaviour Mentor to join our team in providing guidance and support to individuals in various educational settings.
Responsibilities:
- Educate and support individuals in their learning and personal development journey.
- Implement behaviour management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Utilise expertise in special education, physical education, speech therapy, and applied behaviour analysis to tailor support to individual needs.
- Work with children across different age groups, including preschool-aged children.
- Provide childcare and mentorship to help individuals reach their full potential.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with children in an educational, mentoring or sports capacity.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management and de-escalation techniques.
- Background in special education or related fields is advantageous, but not necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals of all ages.
