About the role
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate support workers to join our team supporting a 17-year-old male in a 2:1 24/7 care package. The client has a severe learning disability, epilepsy, is non-verbal, and has ASD, ADHD and behavioural needs.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide 2:1 support at all times
- Support with daily routines, including personal care and meal times
- Administer and manage medication in line with care plans
- Use non-verbal communication strategies and tailored approaches
- Implement Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies
- Safely respond to behaviours in a calm and consistent manner
- Support access to activities and the community
- Maintain accurate daily records
- Work collaboratively with team members and professionals
What We’re Looking For

You’ll need:
- A full UK driving licence
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
- Must work alternate weekends
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in health & social care (1 year preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
