Rustic Cup | Whitley Bay | 35–40 hours per week
We're looking for an experienced, reliable hospitality professional to join our team full time.
This is a permanent position for someone looking to build a career in hospitality -not a summer job or a role to fit around university.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous hospitality experience
- Loves looking after customers
- Thrives in a busy environment
- Takes pride in keeping high standards

- Is reliable, punctual and takes ownership
- Is available to work weekends
Your role will include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Making and serving specialty coffee (training available for the right person)
- Running food and drinks
- Opening and closing the cafe
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation
- Supporting the team wherever needed
This role is NOT suitable for:
- Students looking for work around studies
- Seasonal or summer-only applicants
- Applicants seeking temporary employment
