Due to the intake we are expecting from the Autumn term 2026, we are looking for a one-to-one learning support assistant to support our team.

1:1 Learning Support Assistant (TERM TIME ONLY)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
- Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities that support children’s development and learning through play.
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe, assess, and support key person's documentation of children’s progress in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
- Ensure compliance with all safeguarding, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Level 2 Early Years Educator or higher (Desirable).
- Minimum of one years' experience working with children with additional support needs
- A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS - Desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teamwork.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development.
