Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window/Door Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and replacing windows and doors across various residential and commercial projects, in uPVC, aluminium and timber.
This job would suit an experienced window fitter with a background in residential installations, where cleanliness and quality is favoured above speed. You will have a courteous and respectful manner to highlight our commitment to quality installations to our customers. The same work ethics will be required for working on our commercial projects.

Responsibilities
- Measure and assess installation sites to ensure proper fit and function of windows and doors
- Remove old or damaged units carefully, ensuring minimal disruption to the surrounding structure
- Install new windows and doors using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment
- Ensure all installations comply with building codes, schematics, and safety standards
- Perform adjustments and sealing to guarantee energy efficiency, weatherproofing, and security
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure all tools are properly stored after use
- Assist with other construction tasks such as masonry, carpentry, or plastering as needed.
- Reporting at the end of each day on the Company CRM App.
Skills
- Proven experience in window and door installation.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong understanding of other construction processes including carpentry, construction, painting, and fabrication techniques
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to report each days work through a digital app.
- Physical fitness for lifting heavy materials and working at heights or in confined spaces.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Pay: £42,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
