What We’re Looking For
- At least 1–2 years’ experience in a quality kitchen (brasserie, bistro, or fine dining preferred)
- A genuine passion for cooking and a hunger to learn
- The ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
- A strong work ethic and commitment to the team
- A good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
