Have you ever thought about the difference a smile can make?
At Affinity Trust, it’s the little things that count—taking time to listen, understanding someone’s needs, and empowering them to make their own choices. As a Support Worker, you’ll help people live their best lives, in the ways they choose.
What matters most is your compassion and your willingness to make a difference.
Every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and see the real impact of your support in the lives of those around you.
People may need support with areas of their personal care and well-being, support to take medication or help getting around and your role is to empower and connect, help them navigate life with confidence and independence.
Join a team that cares.
At Affinity Trust, you’ll work alongside dedicated colleagues, receive hands-on training to help you thrive in your role, and discover just how much your everyday actions truly matter.
Make a difference. Grow with us. Be part of something meaningful.
You will need to be able to work shifts flexibly across the week, including some weekends and some sleep-in shifts.
Being a driver and willing to drive people's vehicles would be an advantage, but the ability to get to this location as early as 7am and finishing again at 10pm though is essential, as this home is hard to reach using public transport.
