Key Responsibilities
- Lead network and service operations
- Develop infrastructure and operational strategies
- Oversee network performance, availability, and resilience
- Manage technical teams, suppliers, and service partners
- Direct incident response and service-restoration activities
- Maintain security, compliance, and continuity standards
- Manage operational budgets and investment priorities
- Monitor service levels and performance indicators
- Lead network upgrades and improvement programmes
- Report operational performance to senior stakeholders
What We Are Looking For Experience
- 8+ years of experience in telecommunications, network engineering, infrastructure, or technology operations
- Previous responsibility for technical teams, network services, or major infrastructure programmes

Pay: £90,000.00-£115,000.00 per year
