Duties
- Provide comprehensive patient care by assessing individual needs and developing personalized care plans.
- Administer medications accurately and safely, following prescribed protocols and maintaining detailed records.
- Monitor patient health status continuously, recognizing changes and responding promptly to ensure safety.
- Support patients with daily activities, including mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and emotional support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective treatment and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all nursing interventions, observations, and medication administration.
- Uphold infection control standards and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with the NMC.
- Experience in patient care within a hospital, clinic, or care home environment.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to inform clinical decision-making.
- Proficiency in medication administration, including understanding dosages, side effects, and contraindications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate compassionate care in challenging situations.

Pay: £21.00-£25.00 per hour
