If you're passionate about making a lasting difference to the lives of children and young people, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role:

As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance. - Driving positive outcomes for children and young people
About You:
The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years' supervisory experience within children's residential care, ideally within an EBD setting, with knowledge of neurodiversity being advantageous.
You will hold, or be working towards, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People Management) and have a strong understanding of The Children Act 1989, Children's Home Regulations, and safeguarding legislation.
You'll also have:
- Experience supporting children and young people affected by trauma
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Financial and operational management experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A trauma-informed, child-centred approach
- A full UK driving licence
- A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people
