We support adults with learning & physical disabilities and mental health issues within their own homes, the community or at our day service centre, teaching and enhancing skills such as cooking and life skills.
Our passion is to provide enthusiastic, caring, and confident support staff to assist the individual in achieving independence, to fulfil their potential, and to be inclusive within their communities, building trust, and friendship.
We would love to hear from you if you are enthusiastic, multi-tasking, flexible and possess core values of dignity, kindness, openness, and willing to develop new skills and above all, believe you can make a difference to people’s lives.
Experience is not essential as all training and guidance is provided. Shifts may involve day shifts, sleep ins, waking nights and On Call on a 4 weekly rota basis.
