Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate complex projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans using Primavera P6, including schedules, resource allocations, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Monitor project progress regularly, adjusting plans as necessary to address any issues or delays.
- Manage project documentation, reports, and communication channels effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout all project phases.
- Foster a collaborative team environment by motivating team members and providing clear guidance.
- Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on project status and resolve any emerging challenges.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within builiding facilities.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills coupled with problem-solving capabilities.
- Relevant qualifications in project management or civil engineering are preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and team members alike.
