Job Description:
We are recruiting on behalf of an independent, family-owned restaurant in Valley who offer a unique dining experience. They are currently looing for a passionate Chef de Partie to join their busy team.
The duties will include;
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in line with established recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations of the restaurant.
- Assist the whole team in the smooth, safe and efficient running of the kitchen operation.
- Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards, reporting any issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen at all times.
- Assisting with stock rotation.
- Monitor stock levels.
Hours - 40 hour contract with overtime paid over 40 hours.
Salary - £27,500 base salary + overtime + tips.
Opening hours - Wednesday - Sunday.
28 days holiday per year and bank holidays off (as we're closed Monday's).

Pay: £24,420.00-£33,633.47 per year
