Role Overview
Learning & Development: Successfully complete the Service Advisor Apprenticeship Programme, actively participate in team meetings and training, and continuously develop the skills and knowledge required for a successful career as a qualified Service Advisor.
Customer Service: Welcome customers professionally, understand their servicing and repair requirements, provide updates throughout the service journey, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Service Administration: Book vehicles into the workshop, prepare accurate service documentation and invoices, and maintain up-to-date customer and vehicle records using dealership systems.
Workshop Coordination: Liaise with Workshop Controllers and Service Technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently, explain recommended work and associated costs, and arrange courtesy vehicles or collection and delivery services where required.
Compliance & Safety: Work in line with manufacturer standards, company policies and relevant legislation, while following all health and safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
