Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesman for a prestigious, summer-long contract executing repairs work across Bloomsbury. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and extensive experience in traditional property maintenance, restoration, and external structural repairs. You will be responsible for ensuring all repairs match the high historical and aesthetic standards required for premium estate properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Brickwork & Mortar: Replacing old, damaged, or missing bricks, and executing high-quality traditional repointing.
- Rendering: Conducting patch repairs as well as rendering entire external walls to a smooth, flawless finish.
- Roofing & Leadwork: Reinstating, dressing, or renewing lead flashing, and replacing broken or slipped roof slates.
- Stone & Concrete Repair: Carrying out concrete repairs to plinths and restoring damaged or weathered render on coping stones.
- Site Safety: Maintaining a clean, safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations, particularly when working at heights.
Requirements & Experience
- Must possess all standard trade tools required for the tasks listed.
- Valid CSCS card (highly preferred).
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently to a high standard.
