1. Part-Time Self-Employed Dog Groomer
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Dog Groomer to work on a part-time self-employed basis.
This is a great opportunity for a groomer who wants the flexibility of self-employment without having to build their own client base.

Duties
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, clipping and styling according to breed standards and customer preferences.
- Assess each dog’s coat condition and skin health and provide appropriate advice to owners.
- Handle dogs safely and compassionately throughout the grooming process.
- Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic grooming environment.
- Communicate professionally with pet owners to understand their requirements.
- Provide advice on coat maintenance and general grooming care.
- Safely handle and move dogs when required.
- Deliver a friendly, professional service to both dogs and their owners.
Experience & Requirements
- Previous experience in proffesional dog grooming is essential.
- Good understanding of dog behaviour and safe handling techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for dogs and their welfare.
- Ability to safely handle larger dogs when required.
- Reliable, professional and enthusiastic.
- Comfortable working independently on a self-employed basis.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced groomer looking for part-time self-employed work, with the benefit of having clients and grooming equipment provided.
2. Self-Employed Dog Groomer – Grooming Space Rental
We also have an opportunity for an experienced self-employed Dog Groomer to rent a grooming space and work with their own clients.
This option is ideal for an established groomer who already has their own customer base and wants a professional space to operate their grooming business from.

- Your own clients – clients are not provided.

Flexible Working
You choose when you want to work. The grooming space is available 7 days a week, allowing you to choose the days and hours that work best for you and your clients.
The space is available at an agreed set day rate, giving you the flexibility to run your own grooming business without being tied to fixed working hours.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced groomer who wants the independence of being self-employed while having access to a professional grooming space.
Please note: This is a self-employed rental opportunity. You must have your own clients and provide your own grooming equipment and products. A grooming table and grooming space are provided.
Pay: £13.00-£25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
