Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages to customers while maintaining high service standards.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (Bartender role).
- Ensure tables, bar areas, and customer spaces are clean and well-presented.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Process payments and operate the till system.
- Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, waiting, bartending, or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
