We are currently looking for a Transport Coordinator to join Sovini Trade Supplies, part of The Sovini Group.

What You’ll Do:

Respond to incoming calls and emails for the Transport department, providing timely support.
- Maintain accurate journey planning, transport diaries, and departmental records.
- Coordinate and dispatch orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Liaise with contractors to arrange repairs and inspections.
- Complete general administrative tasks and support the Delivery Supervisor as required.
- Accurately process transactions using the BISTRACK system in line with company guidelines.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
- Work towards performance targets and contribute to wider business objectives.
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusive working practices.
- Complete required training, coursework, and development activities to a high standard.
