Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or other enterprise resource planning tools.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service agreements with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
- Collaborate closely with logistics teams to coordinate delivery schedules, transportation, and inventory management.
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct regular evaluations, and foster strong supplier relationships for continuous improvement.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS, or similar platforms.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms and building strategic supplier partnerships.
- Deep understanding of logistics operations and supply chain processes.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform purchasing decisions and optimize inventory levels.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
