Key Responsibilities
Management & Operational Leadership (3 Days Hybrid)
Lead, manage, and support a team of field engineers and subcontractors.
Monitor installation performance, productivity, and quality standards.
Plan and coordinate workloads to ensure efficient delivery of projects.
Review KPIs, installation data, and customer feedback to drive improvements.
Manage escalations, technical issues, and operational challenges.
Work closely with Operations Manager ,scheduling, technical, compliance, and customer service teams.
Ensure company procedures, industry regulations, and quality standards are maintained.
Deliver training, coaching, and performance reviews for field teams.
Field Responsibilities (2 Days On-Site)
Installations of EV, Solar & Batteries
Conduct site visits and quality audits of completed and ongoing installations.
Provide technical support and guidance to engineers.
Identify and resolve installation issues and implement corrective actions.
Carry out health and safety inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Build positive relationships with customers and address any on-site concerns.
Verify installation standards and ensure documentation and photographic evidence meet company requirements.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing teams within the renewable energy, electrical, or construction sectors.
Strong understanding of renewable technologies, including EV charging, solar PV, and battery storage.
Knowledge of industry regulations, health & safety standards, and quality assurance processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyse performance data and implement improvements.
Experience managing subcontractors and field-based teams.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Desirable Qualifications
Electrical qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent).
18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
EV charging, solar PV, or renewable energy certifications.
