Event & Production Crew – Flexible Work
FIXTION Crew provides reliable event and production crew for companies across London and the surrounding areas. We support a wide range of live events, productions, installations and corporate projects, supplying crew for everything from load-ins and load-outs to event setup and production support.
We are looking for reliable, physically capable Event & Production Crew to join our active crew network and work on upcoming bookings.
This is part-time, on-request work, with opportunities offered according to client requirements and your availability.
The Work
Depending on the booking, you may be required to:
- Load and unload vehicles
- Move equipment, cases, furniture and event materials
- Assist with stage and event setups
- Assist AV and production teams
- Help with installations and dismantling
- Set up furniture, staging and event spaces
- Assist with production logistics
- Pack down and load equipment following events
- Follow instructions from crew chiefs, production managers and site contacts
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a professional crew

- Available for early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends when required
Previous experience in events, production, AV, stage work, warehouse operations, construction, hospitality or similar environments is advantageous, but relevant experience is not essential for every booking.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in event crew, production, AV, stage work, exhibitions, warehouse, logistics or similar work is preferred but not essential.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment and materials safely.
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Able to follow instructions from crew chiefs, production managers and site contacts.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Available for early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends depending on booking requirements.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Willing and able to use appropriate PPE when required for specific bookings.
- A valid driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
- Previous experience working on live events, corporate events, concerts, exhibitions or production sites is an advantage.
Pay
£14-£16 per hour
Some short-duration bookings may include a minimum call-out payment, depending on the booking.
Working Pattern
Part-time, on request
Work is offered according to upcoming bookings. There are no guaranteed weekly hours, and crew members can accept opportunities based on their availability.
Once a booking has been accepted, crew members are expected to arrive on time, prepared and ready to work.
Reliability is extremely important. Repeated late arrivals, last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect eligibility for future FIXTION bookings.
Locations
Primarily London and surrounding areas, with opportunities varying by booking.
