The Role
As Practice Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and inspiring a multidisciplinary team
- Creating an outstanding experience for every patient
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the practice
- Driving practice performance and achieving key business objectives
- Supporting and developing your team to reach their full potential
- Ensuring compliance with NHS, HIW, GDC and regulatory standards
- Managing recruitment, training and performance
- Monitoring KPIs, budgets and operational efficiency
- Encouraging a positive, professional and supportive workplace culture
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous management experience within dentistry (preferred)
- Is an inspiring leader with excellent people skills
- Is organised, proactive and commercially aware
