Duties
- Offer personalized support to children and young people to promote their emotional, social, and developmental needs
- Assist with daily activities such as homework, leisure pursuits, and life skills training
- Foster positive relationships through mentoring, encouragement, and active listening
- Support the implementation of tailored care plans and developmental programs
- Encourage participation in group activities to build social skills and confidence
- Maintain accurate records of progress, incidents, and daily routines
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic support
