You’ll complete 4 weeks of pre-employment training, gaining the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in a fast-paced warehouse environment. On successful completion, you will be offered a guaranteed interview with the employer.

Example Job Role After Completion
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:
- Picking and packing items ready for distribution
- Using handheld scanners to sort and track items
- Boxing items on production lines and in rework areas
- Manual lifting (up to 23kg)
- Loading and unloading containers
- Wrapping and unwrapping pallets
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Following strict Health & Safety procedures at all times

- Full-time hours (standard 37.5 hours per week)
