Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of trades across various construction projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity and safety of our structures while supporting the seamless coordination of multiple trades on-site. Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks such as kitchens, framing, door and window installation, and finish carpentry work with precision and attention to detail
- Decorating, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing coats to achieve smooth, professional results
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems to support building functionality and safety
- Conduct masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing to meet project specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently across various tasks while maintaining safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate trades effectively, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope
Experience
- Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, masonry and plumbing
- Hands-on knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction environments
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and best practices
- Ability to adapt quickly to different tasks and work efficiently under deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site issues
