Job Summary
We are looking for a new Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our team and support the managers in the daily running of our busy countryside pub. In this pivotal role, you will support the overall operations of the restaurant and bar under the managers, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and a great atmosphere.

Duties
- Assist in supervising daily restaurant and bar operations, ensuring smooth service flow from kitchen to table
- Supervise and motivate team members, including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and baristas, fostering a positive work environment
- Manage customer service interactions to ensure guest satisfaction and handle any issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience within a busy restaurant or pub setting
- Familiarity with bar operations, including barista experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead staff and engage guests
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
