We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to lead. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a setting, drive quality, and lead a dedicated team.
The Role
- Leadership: Overall responsibility for planning, monitoring, and developing the nursery.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure high standards of care in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
- Inclusion: Promote equality, diversity, and inclusive practice throughout the setting.
- Safety: Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Staff Management: Lead, supervise, and develop staff to deliver outstanding practice.
- Partnership Working: Build strong relationships with parents, professionals, and external agencies.
Child & Family Focus
- Understand and support children’s individual strengths, interests, and learning styles.
- Work in partnership with parents to support children’s development and school readiness.
- Engage with the local community and professionals to enhance learning opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in nursery management.
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted standards.
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work to deadlines.
- Maths GCSE or equivalent.

Pay: £35,000.00-£39,000.00 per year

- Diploma of Higher Education (required)
