As Chef de Partie, you will play an important role within the brigade, taking responsibility for your section while helping to maintain the high standards the restaurant is known for.
This role would suit a passionate chef looking to continue developing their skills within a quality fresh food environment.
As Chef de Partie you will:
- Run your own section during service
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Work with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Support senior chefs with daily kitchen operations
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Contribute positively to a hardworking and professional team
