Who we’re looking for
You’ll ideally already have management or strong supervisory experience within a busy restaurant, pub or hospitality business.
We’re looking for someone who is:
A leader – you can motivate people and get the best from your team.
Hands-on – you’re happy running the floor, serving customers and getting stuck in when it’s busy.
Organised – rotas, bookings, stock, training and standards don’t get forgotten.
Commercially aware – you understand that great hospitality also needs to be a well-run, profitable operation.
A people person – you can build relationships with customers and create a great atmosphere for the team.
And importantly…
You take ownership.
If you see something that needs improving, you don’t wait to be asked.
