Production Operative – Early Shift

The Agency is recruiting for a Production Operative to join an established manufacturing business based in the Coalville area.
This is a genuine long-term opportunity within a busy manufacturing environment.
What you'll be doing
- Working within a hands-on production environment
- Setting up and preparing equipment
- Moving materials around the site
- Operating FLT/material-handling equipment once trained
- General production duties
- Following production and health & safety procedures
- Supporting the wider team to keep production running efficiently
Full training will be provided.
You'll need to be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable with early starts
- Hardworking and willing to get stuck in
- Happy working in a physical manufacturing environment
- Willing to learn and take on additional responsibilities
- Ideally experienced within production, manufacturing, engineering, construction or warehousing
Hours & Pay
This is a full-time early-shift position of approximately 40 hours per week.
Starting salary is National Minimum Wage during the initial training period, with the opportunity to progress onto a performance-related bonus scheme once trained and established in the role.
