Our Contract Delivery Surveyor plays a vital role within our Property Services – Building Safety team. You will support and manage the delivery of a high-quality EICR Compliance programme through our supply chain partners, ensuring our tenants' homes remain safe, compliant, and fit for the future while keeping our tenants at the heart of everything you do.
As a Contract Delivery Surveyor, you will:
Support and manage the delivery of the EICR compliance programme, ensuring all electrical testing and certification meets current safety legislation.
Monitor contractor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs to ensure high standards and continuous service improvement.
Assist with contract administration, resolving operational issues, and driving value for money.
Help monitor budgets and delegated spend to ensure properties are maintained to the Decent Homes Standard.
Collaborate with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver a seamless service, using customer feedback to improve performance.

Our ideal candidate? Your CV and cover letter will highlight:
A relevant technical qualification OR equivalent experience working within an electrical compliance, asset management, or maintenance environment.
Experience overseeing EICR testing programmes, validating certification, managing remedial works, and applying UK electrical compliance standards (BS 7671).
Experience managing contractors, monitor performance against strict KPIs/SLAs, and ensure robust cost-effective service delivery.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a track record of handling customer feedback to improve service delivery.
