Apex Doma is seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover contract. This is a varied, customer-facing role and would suit someone confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and keen to learn.
You will act as the first point of contact for customers while supporting engineers and the design team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and ask initial qualifying questions
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Assist the design team by gathering key information from customers
- Coordinate with engineers to help resolve customer tickets
- Handle customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Take and process invoice payments
- Complete general administration tasks
- Manage shared inboxes and ensure timely responses

- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable discussing invoices and payments
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
- Proactive, positive and willing to learn
- A team player who is happy to support across departments
Experience within the solar industry is not required — full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone dependable, eager to learn and ready to become a valued member of the team.
