Our work supports the delivery of critical power connections across the UK, helping bring complex energy projects from concept through to construction, commissioning and handover.
As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance & Systems Coordinator to support the ongoing development, maintenance and improvement of our management systems, accreditations and compliance processes.
The Role
As Compliance & Systems Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Company’s Business Management System, ISO standards, accreditations, audit processes and workforce competency records.
Working closely with the SHEQ Director and wider business, you will help ensure that Green Frog Connect and its associated businesses continue to meet legislative, regulatory, client and certification requirements.
This is a varied role suited to someone with strong administrative skills, experience working with compliance or management systems, and the confidence to coordinate information across different departments, contractors and external bodies.

- Maintain calibration, inspection and servicing records for equipment and assets.
- Monitor compliance KPIs and produce reports for management review.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
- Assist with SHEQ projects and wider business improvement activities.
- Carry out ad hoc compliance and systems tasks as required.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working with detailed information. You will need to be able to manage multiple priorities, keep accurate records and follow processes through to completion.
You will ideally have experience in a compliance, quality, SHEQ, document control or business systems role, with a good understanding of management systems and audit processes.
