Responsibilities
- Supervise and support field staff to ensure efficient completion of daily tasks and projects
- Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet operational goals
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures are followed
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to relay updates and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure all drivers adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations while maintaining a clean driving record
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, safety reports, and operational logs for accountability and continuous improvement
Experience
- Proven experience in supervising field operations or similar roles within a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear team coordination
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels
- Familiarity with safety regulations, site inspections, and basic operational procedures is preferred
