Tempdent is delighted to be expanding our Onboarding Team and we are now seeking a dedicated, organised and learnerfocused Onboarding Executive to join us. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a competent administrator with a background in training who can deliver an exceptional onboarding experience to our learners. This role can be officebased or homebased, depending on your location, offering flexibility alongside a supportive team environment.
Position: Onboarding Executive
Location: Remote or office based (dependant on candidate location)
Salary: £26,500 per annum (£29,500 OTE)
As an Onboarding Executive, you'll play a key part in guiding prospective learners through their first steps with Tempdent. You'll ensure every learner receives a smooth, supportive and compliant onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities

Providing information, advice and guidance to prospective learners, helping them understand course options and booking them onto appropriate enrolments.

Carrying out enrolments and online interviews, ensuring all learners are onboarded in a professional, supportive and compliant manner.

Uploading and updating learner details on our course database, maintaining accurate and uptodate records at all times.

Following up nonstarters, ensuring learners who have not begun their programme receive appropriate communication and support.

Maintaining learner files, ensuring all documentation is complete, organised and compliant with funding and awarding body requirements.

Sending out relevant communications, including enrolment confirmations, reminders and onboarding information.

Assisting with the administration of governmentfunded training programme paperwork, ensuring all requirements are met.

Liaising with awarding and funding bodies where applicable, ensuring smooth communication and compliance.

Promoting and complying with all Equal Opportunities and Health & Safety legislative requirements.

Maintaining strict confidentiality of Tempdent, learner and staff information.
