Job Summary
Become a part of Real Sounds, a dynamic live music promotion company, as our Event Representative for Brighton. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere at our live music events, ensuring smooth entry for attendees, and contributing to the overall success of our shows. Job description We're looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic event representative to join our team and help us create memorable experiences for our audience. In this part-time role, you'll be the first point of contact for attendees at our live music events. You'll greet guests, check them in using an event app, and stamp them for entry. Additionally, you will ensure the events run on time. You will also manage events, work with performing artists on the day, and ensure great communication with the venues we partner with. Your outgoing personality, enthusiasm for music, and willingness to work on weekends will make you an ideal fit for this role. Responsibilities
Guest management: Greet attendees and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Check in guests using our event app and stamp them for entry.
Promotional activities: Distribute promotional materials at events as needed.
Event management:
Create a welcoming and supportive environment for artists.
Make sure events run on time.
Make sure the banner is on display.
Pay and schedule
This job starts at £13 per hour. Each event is 6 hours long, and you would be expected to work part time at least 1–2 days per week, including weekends.
