Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functionality.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, mechanical components, and other equipment as needed.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to assist in repairs and installations.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs made and parts used.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance operational efficiency.
- Experience with hot tub maintenance desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
Skills
- Proficiency in electrical systems, including logic controllers, is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills to supervise projects and guide junior staff members.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on providing quality support to internal clients.
