Are you a mortgage adviser who enjoys looking after clients more than chasing sales targets?
We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser, with CeMAP or an equivalent mortgage advice qualification, to join the team at Clark & Poole, our established Wokingham-based mortgage advice business.
We’ve been trading since 2009 and have built a large, loyal client base through referrals, repeat business and – most importantly – doing a good job for people.
This is an employed, office-based role within a friendly, supportive team. And if you’re used to mortgage adviser roles being heavily focused on targets, outbound calls and constantly finding the next piece of business, this role is a little different.
Our emphasis is much more on:
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Providing excellent, genuinely helpful mortgage advice
- Looking after existing clients and their ongoing mortgage needs
- Working as part of a team rather than competing with other advisers
- Delivering a great client experience from start to finish
We already have a strong flow of business, so this isn't a cold-calling, hard-sales role. We want someone who takes pride in doing the right thing for their clients and enjoys working in a professional but relaxed environment.

Pay: £36,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
