Key Responsibilities
As a care at home support worker, you will:
- Provide person‑centred support to individuals in their daily activities
- Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate and professional care records
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and external agencies
- Work flexibly as part of a committed team
- Work with support plans, risk assessments, and policies
- Assist with medication administration
About You
- Caring, patient, and reliable
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and commitment
- Previous experience in care or support is beneficial but not essential—full training provided
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
