Multi Traders Required – Long Term Work
We are currently looking for experienced Multi Traders to work on void properties on a long-term contract basis. Work will involve all aspects of property refurbishment and maintenance including snagging, patch repairs, basic carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling and general finishing works.
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Own vehicle
- Own tools
- Previous experience working on void properties preferred
- Reliable and able to work independently
