Norfolk Broads Direct; a marina proud of ‘Setting the Hire Standard’ located in Wroxham on the Norfolk Broads has opportunities for motivated, enthusiastic and committed team members to join our Domestic team with the aim of creating premier Broads experiences and timeless memories.
We are looking for dependable Domestic Service team members to provide excellence to our guests ensuring a safe, well maintained and enjoyable experience for all by consistently delivering high standards of cleanliness for the 2026 season.
Duties would involve:
- Cleaning the fleet of luxury holiday cruisers on turnaround days, this will mainly involve cleaning the interior, but may also include some exterior boat cleaning if needed.
- Cleaning the interiors of our range of waterside cottages and apartments.
- Cleaning the interiors of our Luxury Day Cruisers, ran by Broads Tours, when they return off day hire ready for the next hire.
- Cleaning the customer toilet block.
- Cleaning staff communal areas such as office, kitchen and toilets.
- Working alongside current H&S guidelines.
Working hours:
We require team members who can work flexible, part time hours to clean the cruisers and homes on the four holiday turn around days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Cleaning work will be required on other days of the week including Sundays for the cleaning of the toilet block and day cruisers.
It is essential that all applicants can work Fridays and Saturdays and preferably one or more additional days throughout the holiday season.
Experience preferred but not essential as training will be given.

Successful applicants will join us on a Direct Effect Workshop where the achievement of an ILM Level 2 Effective Team Member will be awarded.
