Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our mobile team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of windows on various commercial properties across London and the South East. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing excellent service to clients while ensuring safety and efficiency. Experience in working at height is a must and a valid driving licence and good communication skills are essential for this position.
Duties
- Clean windows on both ground level and at height using appropriate tools and safety equipment
- Be competent in the use of all kinds of access equipment including BMU and MEWP's.
- Operate company vehicles when required to travel between different sites safely and efficiently
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during work activities
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific requirements
- Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly
- Complete daily work schedules accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion of tasks
Skills
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for clear communication with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and understand client needs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst adhering to safety protocols
- Organised with good time management skills to complete tasks within allocated timeframes
- Physical fitness to perform manual cleaning tasks, including working at heights on ladders or scaffolding
