Gas Contracts Manager
Location: North London
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Gas Contracts Manager to join our growing team on a brand new Contract based in North London.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong contract management experience who is looking to play a key role in delivering high-quality gas maintenance and compliance services. The role is primarily office-based but will also require regular travel to sites and client meetings.
The Role
As a Gas Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of gas contracts, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You will work closely with engineers, clients, and internal teams to ensure contractual obligations and performance targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage gas contracts from mobilisation through to completion
- Coordinate engineers and subcontractors to ensure works are completed on time
- Monitor contract performance, compliance, and service delivery
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Carry out site visits, safety checks, and progress meetings as required
- Ensure health and safety standards are maintained across all projects
- Produce reports and manage contract documentation
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role
- Experience within the social housing sector would be highly advantageous
- Gas qualifications are preferred but are not essential
- Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence
