We’re looking for a motivated and detail‑driven IFA Administrator to join our growing financial planning team in Chester. The Role
You’ll support our advisers with all aspects of client administration, ensuring the smooth running of the advice process from initial enquiry through to ongoing service. Your work will directly contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing client records and workflows using Intelligent Office or an equivalent back‑office system
- Preparing and processing new business, valuations, and review packs
- Liaising with providers and platforms (e.g., Aviva, Quilter, etc.) to obtain policy information and updates
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records
- Supporting advisers with meeting preparation and follow‑up
- General administrative duties across the team
Skills & Experience
- Experience with Intelligent Office or similar financial planning back‑office systems is preferred
- Confident using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with financial platforms and provider portals
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Clear communication and a proactive approach
- Experience is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided
