Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager specializing in Powder Coating and Surface Finishing to lead our quality assurance initiatives. Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance protocols specific to powder coating and surface finishing processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of coating lines, surface treatment stations, and finished products to verify adherence to specifications.
- Analyze production data and inspection results to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize coating procedures, improve process efficiency, and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) where applicable, along with safety regulations.
- Lead investigations into quality issues, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings effectively across departments.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and safety procedures to promote a proactive quality culture.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality management within powder coating or surface finishing industries.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies, including analysis skills for data interpretation and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with HACCP principles and their application in manufacturing environments.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify deviations from quality standards swiftly.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate across teams and present technical information clearly.
- Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to lead audits, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives confidently.
