Head Chef Responsibilities:
As a Head Chef you will play a key role in shaping our culinary excellence. Responsibilities include:
- Menu Design: Collaborate with the company Head of Food to design menus that are on brand and that our guests will love!
- Team Leadership: Lead the kitchen team for smooth daily operations.
- Communication: Foster positive communication between Back and Front of House teams.
- Cooking Standards: Ensure exceptional cooking standards and safe food presentation.
- Hygiene: Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to hygiene standards.
- Stock Management: Monitor and rotate stock to guarantee freshness.
- Regulations: Communicate menu changes and uphold compliance with regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly check and maintain kitchen equipment.
(Please note: This role requires flexibility over 7 days, including weekends).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £29,000.00 per year
