Pretty Lovely Lingerie has a new vacancy for a retail/ e-commerce assistant to join its busy and successful store on Narberth high street. You will have a good working knowledge of Shopify and Lightspeed. The E-commerce assistant will be responsible for running our busy online shop. You will work very closely with the manager on a day to day basis to ensure the smooth running of the website and social media platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Online Shop, Social Media & Marketing— Create, edit and upload product photography and descriptions to the e-commerce platform and remove discontinued/out-of-stock items in a timely manner. Advertise new products on social media and use marketing strategies to maximise online sales.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- A successful Retail, E-commerce, Fashion or Marketing career track record
- A strong work ethic and proven track record of being proactive and using initiative within Retail
- A clear understanding and proven delivery of good customer service
- Able to deal with customer enquiries on own initiative, responding to queries and complaints in a constructive and prompt manner
- Able to work independently and creatively, pre-empting and problem-solving issues as needed
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Is friendly, approachable and professional when dealing with customers and staff in person, over the phone or in writing
- Experience of successfully using computerised stock management systems, Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms
- An interest in fashion and the lingerie industry
REQUIREMENT
- Work 5 days a week including Saturday
