Dyson Goss Joinery is a newly established specialist joinery business built on many years of experience and craftsmanship.
Led by Joinery Manager Peter Goss, we manufacture and install high-quality bespoke joinery for residential and commercial projects throughout the South West. From bespoke kitchens, furniture and staircases to specialist interiors and larger commercial projects, our work combines traditional craftsmanship with a modern, professional approach.
Job Overview
An opportunity for an experienced joiner to become part of a developing specialist joinery business, working across a varied range of bespoke projects.
The successful candidate will be involved in the manufacture and installation of high-quality timber and joinery products, working from technical drawings through to final installation.
Projects will vary and may include:
Duties
- Bespoke kitchens and fitted furniture
- Wardrobes and bedroom furniture
- Staircases and architectural joinery
- Doors, frames and internal timber features
- Commercial and hospitality interiors
- Bespoke furniture and specialist joinery
- Installation and finishing work on site
You will work closely with Peter Goss and the wider team to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard.
Experience
We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and has a strong eye for detail.
You should have:
- Proven experience working as a skilled joiner
- Strong knowledge of traditional and modern joinery techniques
- The ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Experience manufacturing and/or installing bespoke joinery
- A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A professional and reliable approach to work
- Good communication skills
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety
A relevant qualification in Carpentry & Joinery is desirable, although practical experience and craftsmanship are equally important to us.
