THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to join our Commercial Property Management team in Newcastle. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure assets are managed efficiently and to the highest professional standards. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service, overseeing day-to-day property management matters, coordinating repairs and maintenance, managing service charge budgets, undertaking a range of landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, rent reviews and lease-related negotiations, and helping to maximise the performance of our clients’ property investments. PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
▪ To deliver the best service to our clients and tenants
▪ Deal with all aspects of Property Management, including day to day repairs, client queries/reporting, insurance renewals & claims, processing invoices, dealing with clients and tenants regarding credit control / arrears. service charge budgeting & reconciliations.
▪ Ensure continuity of business and an excellent reputation in the market by going the extra mile
▪ Maintain excellent relationships with reliable contractors
▪ Pro-actively manage problematic situations to the satisfaction of all parties
▪ Take part in business activities to promote the business in the wider community
▪ Ensure compliance with strict legislation and company policies at all times
AS THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE YOU WILL:
▪ Have Property Management experience in the Commercial sector
▪ Have the ability to prioritise a busy workload
▪ Have superb organisational and communication skills
▪ Be an enthusiastic and energetic individual, with the will to overcome difficulties
▪ Maintain high standards of professionalism with clients, colleagues and contractors
▪ Have excellent customer service skills
▪ Have a full driving licence and own car for work
